Action White Standardweight gis are manufactured to the highest specifications from 8.5oz 100% Cotton fabric. This is a good practical gi.They are designed for a long life under normal training of Kata, Kumite, Forms Solo and Partner practice. Where grappling is anticipated we recommend that a heavier grade of fabric is used - please see the "Heavyweight" uniforms under this section. Care instructions - Cold wash and cold dry to minimise shrinkage. Air completely after training to allow perspiration to evaporate and thereby prolonging uniform life. Size 6/190 is suitable for person's height of 1.9m to 1.99m.
