Action White Standardweight gis are manufactured to the highest specifications from 7oz and 8oz Bleached Cotton fabric. They are designed for a long life under normal training of Kata, Kumite, Forms Solo and Partner practice. Where grappling is anticipated we recommend that a heavier grade of fabric is used - please see the "Heavyweight" uniforms under this section. Care instructions - Cold wash and cold dry to minimise shrinkage. Air completely after training to allow perspiration to evaporate and thereby prolonging uniform life.
